JANUARY 27, 2025 — WEEK 40: NINE MONTHS A MISSIONARY
was feeling so thankful that I got to stay because I have whitewashed
Hi everyone!
Transfers were last week and I got to stay in my area with Sister Telles
I was feeling so thankful that I got to stay because I have whitewashed three transfers in a row!

This was a hard week for me. I hit my NINE months which is exciting! I literally cannot believe that I am halfway. I'm starting my 6th transfer, and after this I have six left so my time in Hungary is just about half done. There was nothing in particular that was the worst, just the little things throughout the week just sucked a little! But this next week will be better because I will make it better!
I cut Sis Telles bangs AND THEY LOOK SO GOOD!!
AND I ALSO GOT MY INTERNATIONALS DRIVERS
LICENSE!
I can finally drive! It's been nine months since I last drove! I drove today and literally it was so strange to drive again!!
Yesterday was one of my favorite Sundays of my mission! There was thirty-one people in church yesterday which is AMAZING!! Just like three weeks ago there was only fifteen of us (six were missionaries) and now we have doubled! The work is working here in Nyíregyháza! Our friend Renáta and her family came to church and it was so good to see them all! The Lord is blessing Hungary and it's cool to be apart of it just a little!
I have been studying faith a lot lately. In the Gospel Library app I was reading in the topics and questions and I liked this.
" You have likely experienced times when you felt that your prayers weren’t heard or your challenges were more than you could handle. A man once came to Jesus Christ with such a situation. His son needed healing, and the man asked Jesus to bless him. When Christ explained that all things are possible to those who believe, the man exclaimed, “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” (See Mark 9:14–27.) He had enough faith to ask, but he knew his faith wasn’t perfect. When you pray for help to increase your faith, you show that you know Jesus can help you—and He will".
I have learned on my mission that literally anything is possible through Jesus Christ. Put your mind to something, involve God in the process, and you will be able to do it 10x better than you ever could alone. Prayer is important and how we speak with God. He is our loving Heavenly Father and He wants to hear from you, because He loves you.
I love y'all very much! Have the bestest week!!
