OCTOBER 28, 2024 -- WEEK 27: SZIA KISPEST

 Hi everyone!! 


This last week was literally bonkers!! 

Tranfser calls were Saturday and the news is that Mehrley and I are moving to Pécs together! The Pécs elders and us are just switching. I was actually shocked when we got our transfers calls because I was sure we were both staying in kispest! You literally can never assume anything! 




We visited lots of members this week! We went to the Cukrászda with Madgi Néni and that was fun! She gave us two things of cologne! It's cute that she thought to give us something! We gave her pictures of the temple and she started to tear up. It was SO sweet! 

I'm so proud of my English class! I've been making jeopardys for them about English and America and other fun categories! ENGLISH CLASS FRIENDS, IF YOU SEE THIS I LOVE YOU!! 

We had a cute visit with Maria Néni! She fed us some good food and süti, then we helped her carry some bags to her new apartment! We then helped her clean some big windows! She is the most agile grandma I have ever seen! She was climbing up the ladder and putting her foot on the windowsill to balance! I was for real impressed!

We had dinner with the Medvecszky family! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! They are so kind and just the best! 

Today I have been in Hungary for 4 months! Time FLYS! The days are so long, but the weeks are so fast!

Saturday after we got our transfers calls I started to do some laundry! We were calling one of our members to set up an appointment and I looked down and saw water all over the floor! WATER WAS COMIMG OUT OF THE WASHER! I grabbed a pot and started to catch it so it wouldn't get on the floor! There was already so much on the floor! I was so stressed out! But hey we cleaned it all up!! So that was good and crazy! 

Sunday was really sad. Church was great! Two people who we invited to church on the street came! I was not expecting that! Miracle!!! There were some students who came to church and so we translated for them! After relief society I just cried. I love Kispest and the people here. I am so thankful that I got to serve here, in the best ward in the world! I love kispest and am really sad to leave. 

GOD HAS A PLAN! I'm excited for Pécs and all the people I will meet there! Its crazy that I am already leaving kispest, it feels like I just got here. It's all apart of Gods plan for me and Hungary! 

The work is coming along in Hungary! I am so thankful to be a missionary here. Literally best mission in the world!

I know God is watching over and protecting me. He sees every one of our efforts! HE LOVES ME AND YOU!! 

2 Nephi 22:2

"Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also has become my salvation."

Trust in the Lord! We can do all things through Him!

Hi everyone! Happy Spring! It's getting so warm here!  We had transfers this last Wednesday. I am staying in Nyíregyháza and am companions with Sister Smith!  The first week of the transfer was good! We have been on the "finding grind"!  I feel very happy here in my city! The members are the sweetest and I just feel so loved! They all said they are going to throw me a birthday party this week! I can't believe I am going to be 20!! That's lowkey so old!  We went to Miskolc for p-day and met up with some other missionaries!  I have been seeing God's hand in my life so much lately. JUNE 16, 2025 -- WEEK SIXTY 🙀❤️‍🔥

Hello sweet friends!  Everyday was so long, and now finally the week is over! Hallelujah  We went to Székesfehérvár for an exchange and it high-key was so fun! I used to not really lime exchanges when I was younger in the mission, but now they are actually so fun! I was with Sister Hall!! SO FUN TO BE W THE SZÉKES SISTERS!!! I LOVE MY MISSION FRIENDS SO MUCH!!  I've low-key been sick all week but that doesn't stop the work no no! We set a goal to find four new people to teach, and we found eight! That's my miracle for the week!  A little spiritual thought ️ But that the world may know that I love the Father; and  as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do . John 14:31 I love this scripture. The world can know that I  LOVE  my Heavenly Father, and that I  WILL  follow Him and do the things we are commanded!  I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that  the Lord giveth no commandments unto the child...

JANUARY 27, 2025 — WEEK 40: NINE MONTHS A MISSIONARY

  was feeling so thankful that I got to stay because I have whitewashed Hi everyone!  Transfers were last week and I got to stay in my area with Sister Telles  I was feeling so thankful that I got to stay because I have whitewashed three transfers in a row!  This was a hard week for me. I hit my NINE months which is exciting! I literally cannot believe that I am halfway. I'm starting my 6th transfer, and after this I have six left so my time in Hungary is just about half done. There was nothing in particular that was the worst, just the little things throughout the week just sucked a little! But this next week will be better because I will make it better!  I cut Sis Telles bangs AND THEY LOOK SO GOOD!!  AND I ALSO GOT MY INTERNATIONALS DRIVERS  LICENSE!  I can finally drive!
