NOVEMBER 4, 2024 -- WEEK 28: PECS

Hi everyone! 





I am in Pécs!! Mehrley and I had a little struggle with getting all of our bags here but thank goodness for nice Elders who helped us!! Literal life-savers! Its crazy that we just white-washed Kispest, and now are pink-washing Pécs! Literally wild!

Pécs is beautiful! It's fun to walk around and look at all the pretty buildings! 

We had 3 members meals this last week! It was fun to start getting to know everyone! I HAVE NEVER EATEN SO GOOD!! Hungarian food is actually so good! 

Mehrley and I got offered cigarettes 2 times in like 10 minutes! I have now been offered a cigarette in all of my areas!! 

On Halloween mehrley and I were saying "Happy Halloween" to everyone and it for real was so funny! Halloween just isn't the same here as it is in America!! We went to spar and bought a candy bar so we could have something like an American halloween! 

Church went well yesterday! All the members are nice and so welcoming to Mehrley and I! My testimony wasn't the best but hey I tried! Things are going to be good here! 

We went to Kaposvár for pday! We walked to the middle of nowhere! It was fun to be out in the forest! We played Skull king(Michael Hinton I played this time)! It's so fun to be all together! I talked to my family a lot today too! 

Pécs is going to be good to me! I am excited to serve here and see what God has in store for me and the people here! 

This week I really liked this --

-- I am so thankful for my mother(and father) for showing me what it means to be faithful. They are the best examples! God will help us when we are experiencing trials! He really is there! TURN TO GOD! LOOK UNTO HIM!!

"Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not" D&C 6:36

I know that God loves us and that we really are His children. Look unto Him this week! 

Know that I love you all and am thinking about you!

Hi everyone! Happy Spring! It's getting so warm here!  We had transfers this last Wednesday. I am staying in Nyíregyháza and am companions with Sister Smith!  The first week of the transfer was good! We have been on the "finding grind"!  I feel very happy here in my city! The members are the sweetest and I just feel so loved! They all said they are going to throw me a birthday party this week! I can't believe I am going to be 20!! That's lowkey so old!  We went to Miskolc for p-day and met up with some other missionaries!  I have been seeing God's hand in my life so much lately. JUNE 16, 2025 -- WEEK SIXTY 🙀❤️‍🔥

Hello sweet friends!  Everyday was so long, and now finally the week is over! Hallelujah  We went to Székesfehérvár for an exchange and it high-key was so fun! I used to not really lime exchanges when I was younger in the mission, but now they are actually so fun! I was with Sister Hall!! SO FUN TO BE W THE SZÉKES SISTERS!!! I LOVE MY MISSION FRIENDS SO MUCH!!  I've low-key been sick all week but that doesn't stop the work no no! We set a goal to find four new people to teach, and we found eight! That's my miracle for the week!  A little spiritual thought ️ But that the world may know that I love the Father; and  as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do . John 14:31 I love this scripture. The world can know that I  LOVE  my Heavenly Father, and that I  WILL  follow Him and do the things we are commanded!  I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that  the Lord giveth no commandments unto the child...

JANUARY 27, 2025 — WEEK 40: NINE MONTHS A MISSIONARY

  was feeling so thankful that I got to stay because I have whitewashed Hi everyone!  Transfers were last week and I got to stay in my area with Sister Telles  I was feeling so thankful that I got to stay because I have whitewashed three transfers in a row!  This was a hard week for me. I hit my NINE months which is exciting! I literally cannot believe that I am halfway. I'm starting my 6th transfer, and after this I have six left so my time in Hungary is just about half done. There was nothing in particular that was the worst, just the little things throughout the week just sucked a little! But this next week will be better because I will make it better!  I cut Sis Telles bangs AND THEY LOOK SO GOOD!!  AND I ALSO GOT MY INTERNATIONALS DRIVERS  LICENSE!  I can finally drive!
